Job Summary: As a Customer Support Executive specializing in field sales, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in their respective territories. You will work closely with the field sales team to ensure seamless customer interactions, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate the sales process. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining high customer satisfaction levels and supporting the overall sales objectives of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting regular visits to clients and prospective customers within assigned territories.
• Providing on-site support and product demonstrations to customers.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns related to products or services.
• Collaborating with the field sales team to assist in achieving sales targets and objectives.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and retention.
• Collecting feedback from customers and reporting insights to the sales and product teams.
• Handling administrative tasks such as processing orders, preparing reports, and maintaining customer records.
• Participating in sales meetings and training sessions as required.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures during all customer interactions.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in customer support or a related field, ideally with exposure to field sales environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer issues.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territories as needed.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic office tools (e.g., MS Office).
• High school diploma or equivalent; B.sc, M.sc, (Math's, Physics) or any bachelor's degree preferred.
