Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Assistance: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and accurate responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating cases as needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Order Management: Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and returns, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
• Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products/services to provide comprehensive assistance and advice to customers.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and relay this information to relevant departments.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on customer issues, resolution timelines, and feedback for performance evaluation and improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
• A degree in any relevant field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to resolve issues and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Patience and a customer-first approach.
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using customer support software and tools is an advantage.
