Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Contacting potential users to introduce the app, explain its features and benefits, and encourage downloads or registrations.
• Handling inbound calls from app users to address inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, or provide support.
• Providing clear and concise explanations of app functionalities, navigation, and usage to both existing and potential users.
• Identifying and reporting common issues or recurring challenges faced by users of the app.

Qualifications :

• Good communication skills in both English and Telugu.
• Ability to actively listen to customers and understand their needs.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Female candidates only.
