- Customer Support Executive

We are seeking a qualified Customer Support Executive to oversee a team of representatives dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and after-sales support.

Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of the Customer Support Executive include:

1. Demonstrated customer support or client service experience.

2. Professionally handling calls to provide information about products and services, addressing issues, and ensuring resolution.

3. Maintaining accurate records of transactions and interactions.

4. Timely and appropriate follow-ups as necessary.

5. Escalating unresolved queries to relevant departments for resolution.

Additional Responsibilities:

6. Achieving assigned goals and targets.

7. Proficiency in CRM systems and practices.

8. Customer-centric approach with adaptability to various customer behaviors.

9. Efficient multitasking, prioritization, and time management.

Competencies and Skills Required:

Effective communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada are essential for this role. Other key competencies and skills include:

1. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

2. Strong listening and problem-solving capabilities.

3. Ability to handle stress and pressure effectively.

4. Excellent interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree.

2. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

3. Proficient in Hindi, Kannada, and English communication.

4. Strong computer skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Work Location: In person
