Job Description

• Take ownership of customer issues
• Troubleshoot problems and drive resolutions
• Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams
• Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Excellent Communication Skills Required. (Freshers with Excellent Communication Skills can also apply)
• Proficiency in English & Tamil must. Hindi preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
