Job Description

We are looking for Customer Support Executive (One position) for our Bangalore Office

Candidates who have around 3 years of experience Preferred

Educational Qualification UG/PG

Resident of Bangalore will be preferred.

The candidates who have experience in construction industry will be preferred. Candidate from BPO background need not apply

The role

1. To assist Customer Relationship Manager to achieve maintenance contract (MC) targets.

2. To prepare the MC document and to submit to customers with necessary approvals

3. To maintain the necessary registers and records pertaining to Service department

4. To be part of post service audit team by visiting the site.

5. Documentation & follow up of MC

6. Payment follow up with clients

7. Other roles assigned as and when assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
