• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media
• Gather and analyze client data to identify possible products or services to recommend to management
• Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
• Inform customers of deals and promotions
• Handle changes in policies or renewals
• Assist customers on placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges

• Can work efficiently and manage time accordingly
• Customer-focused attitude and the capacity to adjust to and handle various personalities
