Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients regarding products/services.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat.

Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.

Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1 to 3 years of prior customer support experience.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?11,568.26 - ?25,633.57 per month
