Job description As a Customer Care Representative at Laxmi enterprises, you will be an integral part of our customer support team. Key Responsibilities:

Issue Resolution: Work efficiently to resolve customer concerns and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Customer Assistance: Assist customers with general inquiries, product information, and provide guidance on order-related matters.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
Basic experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support software.
Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
