Position Title: Support Executive

Location: [Faridabad]

Job Summary: XcelMarketing is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Support Executive to join our dynamic team. The Support Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and efficient problem resolution. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Support:
• Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
• Assist clients with troubleshooting issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Manage and maintain client records and documentation.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
• Support the team with various operational tasks and projects as required.



• Technical Support:
• Provide basic technical support to clients and assist with software and hardware issues.
• Liaise with the IT department to resolve complex technical problems.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.



• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support client acquisition and retention efforts.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service quality.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech)
• Experience: Minimum of 6 to 1 year of experience in customer support



• Skills:
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of technical support and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• 2 yea: 1 year (Preferred)

• Faridabad, Haryana (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
