Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, technical, logistics) to resolve customer issues efficiently. Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services or improvements. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and service procedures. Meet individual/team KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs). Provide feedback to the team on process improvements and recurring issues.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
