• Work Location : Surat, India

Requirements :

• Fluent in English verbal and written communication
• Client and audience query handling
• Overseeing the customer service process
• Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention
• Providing detailed information to customers
• Prompt response over Product Chat box
• Co-ordination with Technical team
• Offering exceptional customer service and satisfaction
• Taking feedback from the customers
• Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients

Note: Only Surat local candidates can apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?15,000.00 per month
