Job Responsibilities :

• Maintain records of client requirements.
• Screen feedback and requests from clients and liaise with relevant departments within the organization to provide solutions.
• Escalate complaints to relevant departments.
• Investigate and resolve task issues.
• Ensure clients expectations are met.
• Co-ordinate with the employees to get proper feedback for clients.
