Key Skills and Competencies: Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. Provide accurate information regarding medical products, healthcare services, or treatments. Resolve patient complaints and escalate issues when necessary. Liaise with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare providers to resolve customer queries. Schedule appointments or follow-ups with relevant departments. Maintain strong relationships with clients and patients by delivering high-quality service. Maintain patient data and support documentation for compliance with healthcare regulations. Ensure all communication aligns with healthcare guidelines and privacy policies (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR). Collect feedback from customers to enhance service quality and satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in healthcare or HR). 1-3 years of experience in customer support, staffing, or related fields. Willingness to work night shifts to align with US time zones. Experience working in US staffing or healthcare sectors is a plus. Familiarity with healthcare terminology, billing processes, and medical products/services. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential patient data.
