Job Description

1. Offer timely technical support via phone, email, or chat.

2. Diagnose and resolve software issues, collaborating with the development team when needed.

3. Maintain accurate records and update documentation.

4. Provide client training and guidance.

5. Monitor and improve client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree preferred.

2. Experience in customer or technical support.

3. Strong SQL database knowledge.

4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

5. Familiarity with time attendance and payroll systems a plus.
