Reports To: Digital Marketing Manager
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic CRE to manage & optimize our customer relationship management systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer retention, loyalty, and satisfaction.
Segment customer database and tailor communication strategies for each segment.
To handle the logistics and get the feedback from the customers.
To be the main point of contact for customers and aim to provide a positive experience for each customer.
To build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Segment customer database and tailor communication strategies for each segment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a CRM Specialist or similar role.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the textile or eco-friendly products industry is a plus.
Knowledge of email marketing platforms and automation tools.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)
