Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to confirm the orders.
• Explain product features and benefits to prospective customers.
• Answer incoming calls from customers and address their queries or concerns.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
• Keep accurate records of calls and sales made.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
