Roles & Responsibilities:

Explain products and services, generate meetings, and drive showroom visits through cold calling.

Call on leads provided by the company and create sales funnel.

Identify and qualify potential customers for sales opportunities. Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls to provide product and service information. Schedule appointments with prospective clients based on their convenience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback. Build and nurture strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups. Ensure timely resolution of customer requests and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the modular kitchen industry

. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Positive attitude, patience, and resilience in handling rejections.
