Profile - Customer Relationship Executive ( WFO ) - Only Female Candidates
Location - Vikaspuri , Delhi
Qualification - 12th / Graduate
Salary - 15,000 - 25,000/pm
Experience - Fresher & Experience both can apply ( Sales / Business Development Executive )

• Basic Knowledge of MS Office / Google workspace.
• Good English Communication .
• Subscription Upgrade and Service Sales - Executive will receive web leads and their responsibility would be to upgrade customer existing subscription and pitch new services.
• Problem Solving - Analyze the cause of customer issues, generate solution and implement a plan to resolve them .
• Customer Support Practices - Establish Customer Support Practices and devise strategies to improve the customer experience .
