Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information about our products and services, assisting customers with their needs.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve service quality.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
• Stay updated on product knowledge to better assist customers.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in customer support or a related role is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
