About the role -

Qualifications and Skills -
Execution and measurement of customer support across all channels, including update tracking, analysis, and evaluation.

? Diligently address and resolve customer inquiries and issues via e-mails and calls.

? Ensuring that their needs are met with the highest level of efficiency and attentiveness.

? Engage in both inbound and outbound communication.

? Resolve the real-time queries of esteemed customers, foster customer retention, and provide service-related information as needed.

? Ensure all the customer queries/issues are being resolved on priority with clarity and promptness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 per month
