We are urgently hiring a Customer Support Executive for Punjabi Bagh, Delhi.

Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years.

Roles & Responsibilities:
? Provide prompt and effective customer support to address inquiries and resolveissues.
? Manage relationships with existing customers and offer personalized assistance.
? Handle customer queries efficiently through various communication channels.
? Assist customers in placing orders and resolving order-related issues.
? Identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling products to existingcustomers.
? Gather and relay customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
? Minimum graduation degree from any field.
? Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
? Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities.
? Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
? Collaborative mindset with a proactive attitude.
? Previous experience in customer support or telesales is advantageous.
