Job Description

• Customer Interaction:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Issue Resolution:
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer issues and resolutions.
• Product Knowledge:
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
• Stay updated on product changes, features, and promotions.
• Customer Education:
• Educate customers on product usage, features, and best practices to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
• Provide customers with self-help resources and tools when appropriate.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support, to address customer needs and feedback.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
• Feedback and Improvement:
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide insights and suggestions to improve customer support processes and overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in a customer support or customer service role is highly desirable.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
• Empathetic and patient approach to dealing with customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
