Key responsibilities :
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via calls.
• Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and be able to answer questions regarding products or services.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate departments.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Qualifications:
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Minimum 2 years experience in call process and using software like Exotel, Call Desk etc.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
