\xc2\xb7 Post : Customer Support Executive \xc2\xb7 Experience: 2 + years \xc2\xb7 Job Location : Andheri (W) (Veera Desai Road) Roles & Responsibilities : \xc2\xb7 Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. \xc2\xb7 Provide accurate information about our debt management services. \xc2\xb7 Assist clients in understanding the debt management process and available options. \xc2\xb7 Work with clients to gather necessary information and documentation for enrollment in debt management process. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with other departments to address client concerns and resolve issues effectively \xc2\xb7 Maintain detailed and accurate client records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. \xc2\xb7 Continuously strive to improve customer support processes and contribute to a positive team environment. \xc2\xb7 Adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies when interacting with clients. Candidate requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred.
Prior experience in customer support or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong empathy and ability to remain calm and supportive when dealing with clients experiencing financial stress.
Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems
Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and data security
Should be able to speak English, Hindi and Marathi.
