Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven

Telecaller (Outbound - US Process)

to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers in the US to promote products/services, generate leads, and close sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to US customers based on provided leads. Explain product/service offerings clearly and persuasively. Generate interest and schedule follow-ups or appointments. Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Maintain accurate records of conversations and sales in the CRM system. Work in coordination with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion. Adhere to company policies and compliance standards.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
