As a Customer Support Executive, you will handle customer queries accurately via phone, email or chat on time.It is a full time job and is suitable for the candidates with the experience of 1 - 3 years in Customer Support Role in a Beauty or Skincare Industry is a plus.Freshers can also apply.Only Female Candidates can apply.Selected candidates will be placed in Coimbatore Office.There is no Work From Home opportunity. It is a Full-time Work From Office opportunity.Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
Requirements:
  • A Bachelors degree in administration or related field
  • Fresher / 1 to 3 years of Experience as a Customer Support Executive or similar CS role is eligible to apply for this role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with our industry is a plus
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling tough cases
