We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will offer excellent customer service and after-sales support to our clients. To be successful in this role, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Your role & responsibilities:
- Provide Chat and Email Support to customers
- Identify and assess customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Good communication skills (Written & Verbal)
- Flexibility in rotational shifts
- Proficiency in MS-Excel
Any Graduate Compensation:
10-20k INR Job Type: Full-time Salary: 910,000.00 - 920,000.00 per month Benefits:
