A Customer Service Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer support by effectively communicating with clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally and courteously with customers, understand their needs, and provide accurate and timely solutions. Additionally, the executive should be adept at handling customer complaints, processing orders, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
Having Good Communication skills in English especially (English & Hindi).
