Job Title: Customer Support Executive Location: HSR Layout, Hongsandra, GB Palya, Hulimavu, Billekahalli : We are currently seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in English and have knowledge of one or more regional languages. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products/services. Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving any issues they may encounter. Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or live chat in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively handle customer questions and concerns. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and provide feedback on the resolution. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 915,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Benefits:
