Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Make outbound calls to potential customers using a prepared list of contacts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide information about our products and services. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer\'s requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Persuade the customer to agree to a follow-up appointment or direct the call to a sales team member. \xe2\x80\xa2 Record details of each call in the CRM system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain a friendly and professional tone at all times. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with the sales team to meet sales objectives and targets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle customer questions and objections effectively. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 PUC/Degree or diploma or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience as a tele caller or similar sales/customer service role in a BPO or call center environment preferred. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in relevant computer applications and CRM software. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fluent in English. \xe2\x80\xa2 Flexible to work in shifts.
