Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound and outbound calls from Australian clients professionally, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests effectively.
• Respond to emails and chat queries promptly and accurately, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Provide detailed information about services, resolve issues, and guide customers towards suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience, aligning with the company's quality standards.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in English : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in customer support (preferably for international clients).
• Ability to work during early morning shifts (2:30 AM, 4:30 AM, or 6:00 AM).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Familiarity with handling Australian clients is an added advantage.
• Basic computer skills : Proficiency in using CRM tools and handling email/chat communication.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask effectively.
