Job Description

As a Customer support executive, you will be responsible for communicating with potential students and providing them with information about educational opportunities abroad. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, engage with prospective students, and assist them throughout the application process.

Requirements:

• Must be an excellent communicator and any relevant experience on customer care in any service industry would be additional advantage.
• Should have good computer knowledge.
• Must be good in English, Hindi & Telugu and should have an aspiration to grow in professional life.
• Handle customer queries and explain the product and offer information
• Follow-up with leads by making calls, sending emails, and messages through WhatsApp is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
