Customer Support Executive is responsible for pursuing new prospective sales, negotiating deals, maintaining customer satisfaction.   • Good communication skills (English must)
  • Answer Inbound/Outbound Calls Professionally
  • Sales experience
  • Follow Up To Ensure That Appropriate Actions Are Taken On Customer Requests
  • The technical and consultative bent of mind.
  • Good written English
  • Good with computers
  • Provide support over call and chat to the customers
  • Should have at least 1 to 2 years of sales or customer support or similar role
