Customer Support engineer - VadadoraProduct : Time attendance and access controlMin 3-5 Yrs experience in same domainBCA / Diploma (IT ) would be preferableWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Engineer to provide exceptional technical support to our clients for our time attendance machine and access control system products.
  • Update ticket in Ticket portal
  • provide the solution and close the complain ticket
  • Software support with Remote and Telephonic for Any type of Problems e.g. hardware or software
  • SQL Server Installation and configuration,
  • Generate Queries with SQL Server and check Database problem, New Database Creation in SQL
  • Network Troubleshooting
  • Access control installation and support
  • Field work would be required
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: 915,000.00 - 930,000.00 per monthBenefits:
