This type of fraud is normally carried out through e-mails or social sites by an individual claiming to be from the company. These fraudsters often request recipients to complete employment forms requiring that you provide your personal identifying information. The scammer may even conduct an "interview" with the job seeker through a virtual conferencing platform and will often request that the job seeker make a payment as part of their fake recruiting process.How to identify Recruitment Fraud?Please note that PerkinElmer DOES NOT:

  • Send job offers from free email providers such as Yahoo, Google, etc. Some scammers try to use email addresses that have PerkinElmer in the name, such as
, however, these are not legitimate emails. * Present job offers without an employment application, an interview and a discussion with the hiring manager.
  • Request payments or any type of personal data, such as credit card information, from prospective candidates for employment.
  • Authorize anyone to collect money or arrive at any monetary arrangement in return for a job at PerkinElmer.
  • Require background screening on job applicants prior to being interviewed. All background screenings are conducted in accordance with applicable law and at appropriate times during the recruitment process, not prior to an interview.

\xc2\xb7 To Maintain response time & downtime as per the SLA to assigned
customers
\xc2\xb7 Accountable for instruments installation and Warranty service in the Field.
\xc2\xb7 Accountable for Billable service and promote the service contracts.
\xc2\xb7 Accountable for Accessories & generating lead for Consumables sales
\xc2\xb7 Develop and deliver a productivity strategy that contributes quarterly impacts
to the business
\xc2\xb7 Deliver actionable data driven insights to explore new areas of operational
excellence.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure all in-field activities are carried out safely complying with company
environmental Health & Safety (EHS) guidelines and procedures
\xc2\xb7 Perform field service as advised by the Group Leader, carrying out repairs,
maintenance and installation of instrumentation and there accessories.
\xc2\xb7 Provide highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site
installation, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and
systems.
\xc2\xb7 Develop Junior Engineers on handling equipment\'s and customers
\xc2\xb7 Execute preventive maintenance calls as scheduled.
\xc2\xb7 Align personal working practices with the department\'s performance targets.
Actively demonstrate compliance with all team targets.
\xc2\xb7 Maintain personal service spares issued and inventory records to the highest
standard.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure all anomalies are quickly and effectively reported and resolved.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure that all tools and test equipment is adequate to perform service
required, and that all test equipment issued is calibrated at the times specified.
\xc2\xb7 Make returns of all fully completed service documentation, Service Reports,
Expenses Claims, on a daily basis.
a. To ensure that quality standards are maintained while servicing the
equipment.
b. To maintain good communication at all relevant levels of customer
organization.
c. In case, customer gives poor rating while taking feedback about our
services, necessary support has to be taken from colleagues and
ensure that customer complaint is resolved.

d. To continuously update the technical knowledge of products.
e. To develop applications knowledge.
f. To develop soft skills related to communication, selling and customer
management.
\xc2\xb7 Cross functional support
g. To support all colleagues as and when necessary aligning to
objectives of organization growth.
h. To help Service Sales by following up on contract status, Account
