Position:-Customer Support Engineer

Location:-Cochin
The JD as follows:-
• Responsible for efficient provisioning, operation, installation/configuration and proper maintenance of systems hardware, software and other related infrastructure.
• Oversee and maintain their computer hardware and software systems.
• Support computer software integration by diagnosing and troubleshooting common problems.
• resolving network issues, desktop connections & provide immediate support.
• Maintain documentation pertaining to warranties for computer hardware

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
