Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries and provide support.
• Resolve customer issues and queries effectively, ensuring timely solutions.
• Upsell AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and other relevant services to existing customers.
• Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to offer the best possible solutions to customers.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and prompt communication.
• Document customer interactions, queries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth resolution of technical or operational issues.
• Proactively reach out to customers for feedback, upsell opportunities, and relationship management.
• Achieve and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in customer handling, query resolution, and upselling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven experience in handling customer queries, managing relationships, and upselling services.
• Basic understanding of company products and AMC services.
• Previous experience in a tech or service-oriented industry.
• Experience in upselling and cross-selling products/services
