Job Description

1.Supporting customers through Phone calls.

2.Resolving customer complaints and queries.

3. Providing detailed information to customers.

4.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

5.A customer oriented individual. Basic Computer knowledge

6. Phone etiquettes and active listening abilities.

Requirements:

1. Candidate should be 12th pass.

2. Customer support experience of BPO will be an added advantage.

3. Minimum 6 months experience required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
