Position: Quality Analyst/ Customer support
Language - Tamil, Telugu, Kannada { ONE MANDED LAGUAGE REQUIRED}
Responsibilities:
1. Develop evaluation programs that maximizes the output and productivity of the agents Conduct root-cause analysis of problems, possible solutions and provide actionable insights for performance improvements.
2. Monitor tele-calling trends within the company and benchmark against what is trending across the industry.
3. Conduct calibration/ feedback sessions with agents for improving the quality of interactions.
4. Experience on email audit, 7QC tools, Pareto analysis and Audit dashboards
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills
