Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement to enhance the overall customer experience.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer support or a related field.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Presentable candidates required

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
