- 1.7 yrs (Insurance or Banking Experience mandatory)

Languages

- English & Malayalam / Tamil / Telugu

No comprise on communication

Shift

- Day shift (6 days working, Rotational week off)

Salary

: 27k - 33k

Work Location

- Hebbal, Bangalore.

Roles and responsibility:



Problem Resolution

: Resolve customer complaints, issues, or concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Product Information

: Provide customers with clear and accurate information about banking products such as savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and other financial services.

Transaction Assistance

: Assist customers with online banking services, including bill payments, fund transfers, and other transactional services.

Compliance & Security

: Ensure that all customer interactions comply with banking regulations, security protocols, and company policies.

Issue Escalation

: Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or relevant departments as necessary.

Record Keeping

: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the system.
