Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Voice Support professional for our sales team. The ideal candidate will be a fresher with strong communication skills in Tamil and English. This role requires a proactive individual who is committed to providing high-quality service, solving problems efficiently, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Build rapport with clients and stakeholders over the phone, ensuring a positive experience.
• Listen to customer needs and provide effective sales support or guidance as required.
• Problem Solving & Case Management:
• Recognize, analyze, and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
• Take accountability for managing each case, following up until a resolution is achieved.
• Adapt to different approaches to meet customer needs and achieve successful outcomes.
• Quality & Attention to Detail:
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure all communication meets quality standards.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow established processes.
• Communication & Numeracy Skills:
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills in both Tamil and English.
• Apply basic numeracy skills to assist in data interpretation or problem resolution when required.
• Collaboration & Relationship Building:
• Work collaboratively with internal and external staff to deliver seamless customer support.
• Build effective working relationships with colleagues and contribute positively to team objectives.
• Flexibility & Positive Attitude:
• Be flexible and open to trying new methods to improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive attitude and a desire to make a difference in every customer interaction.
• Understanding of the Financial Services Industry:
• Develop and apply a basic understanding of the financial services industry to enhance service delivery.
• Stay informed about industry practices and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Graduation (minimum qualification)
• Languages: Proficiency in Tamil and English (both spoken and written)
• Skills:
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service
• Ability to manage time effectively and take responsibility for case management
• A proactive approach and flexibility to adapt to new challenges
