We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team. This role is open to both freshers and experienced candidates who have a passion for assisting customers and a strong commitment to service. As a Customer Support Executive, you will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to a positive customer experience.Roles and Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and billing.
• Resolve customer issues by troubleshooting and coordinating with relevant teams when necessary.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Work towards individual and team KPIs, such as response times and customer satisfaction scores.
