We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a NEET Customer Service Associate. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to respond to inquiries from prospective, current, and past customers using both technical expertise and interpersonal skills. The candidate should have a minimum of 0.5-2 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues.
Stay up-to-date with NEET policies and procedures.
Requirements:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of NEET policies and procedures is preferred.
Preferred Skills: Familiarity with the NEET examination process and requirements.
Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
