WE ARE HIRING FOR GRACE STAFFING SERVICES

: Customer Service Executive (Voice Process - Beauty Consultant)
Working Days: 5 days/week (2 rotational off days)
Shift: Complete day shift (Rotational)

Responsibilities:

• Handle calls to assist customers with beauty products and services.
• Offer expert advice and resolve customer queries with professionalism.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Education: HSC or Graduate.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months in BPO (voice process preferred).
• Strong communication skills and fluency in [Insert language].
• Must have all relevant documents.
• Flexible to work rotational shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
