Process: International or domestic voice process
Qualification: Graduate
Salary: 21 CTC to 28 CTC
Required: Excellent communication skill Fresher and Experience both can apply (1 yr of exp in BPO sector)
Shift: Rotational week off & Rotational
Shift Working day's: 5 days
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
.Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Pay: ?18,500.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
