Role and Responsibilities :
? Handle customers' inbound and outbound calls.
? Answer their queries professionally and provide information about our services.
? Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, comments and actions taken upon the client's requests.
? Accelerating company growth by sourcing new clients.
? Keeping a close eye on client's feedback.
? Suggesting any upgrades that may interest potential clients.
