Role and Responsibilities:
? Handle customers' inbound and outbound calls.
? Answer their queries professionally and provide information about our services.
? Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, comments and actions taken upon the client's requests.
? Accelerating company growth by sourcing new clients.
? Keeping a close eye on client's feedback.
? Suggesting any upgrades that may interest potential clients

Required Skills:
? Strong communications skills.
? Basic computer skills.
? A relevant Bachelors/Master's degree.
? A keen interest in business development.
? An eye for changing business trends and.
? Strong communication and convincing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?250,000.00 per year
