Job Description
:
Task Robots is looking for a friendly and hardworking Telecaller with at least 6 months of experience in e-commerce. You will be handling customer calls, helping with orders, and answering questions about our products.
Key Responsibilities :
• Make and receive customer calls.
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, and returns.
• Provide information on products, offers, and discounts.
• Keep records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Work with the team to ensure smooth order processing.
Requirements :
• At least 6 months of experience in e-commerce customer service.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Ability to manage multiple calls efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and customer service tools.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
